Terms and Conditions

Acknowledgements: All orders are promptly acknowledged. Carefully read the acknowledgment and contact us immediately with any discrepancies or changes.

All orders will require a 50% deposit when order is placed, and balance is due before shipping. No exceptions.

Terms: Net 15 or 30 days with approved credit. Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted. New customers are required to pay by credit card or pre-paid check. For any payment made after term, by credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee. Past due invoices will incur a 2% fee per month.

Orders: Must be in writing and may be faxed or emailed. Phone orders are not accepted. We are not responsible for errors on hand written orders.

Corrections/cancellations: Any correction or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Artwork: Vector art sent by email is preferred. We support the following computer formats: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. For all other products, vector-based art files (not scanned or bitmap images such as jpeg or tiff) are required. Vector art is required for all umbrellas. Please convert all text to outlines, curves or path before sending the artwork. Please also fax a copy of the artwork with your order. Also acceptable are drawings or black and white art. Artwork can be re-drawn from your sketch or components at a charge of $60 per hour. Exact charges quoted upon review of the project. We are PC based.

Country of origin: All items are marked with the country of origin as required by U.S. law.

Shipping: Orders shipped FOB port, or delivered.

Trademarks: Top Shelf assumes that our clients are authorized to use trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes. Should we determine the product may require a license to merchandise, we will require a copy of authorization.

Logos used on this website are not intended to represent or endorse the product. They are examples of logos we have done in the past and represent the quality and type of work Top Shelf does.

We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of the order.

All prices, specifications and terms of sale in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval and are not binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability. Top Shelf shall not be liable for the inability to ship any orders due to force majuere.

Method of printing: Silkscreening, heat transfer, sublimation or 4-color process.

Direct import orders: All custom orders are done in our overseas factory. Expect approximately 100 days ocean delivery and 60 days on air freight delivery (after approval of art).

Minimum order is 216 pieces. Orders must be acknowledged and confirmed by Top Shelf.

PMS Colors: Please specify imprint color on your orders. You must choose your PMS color and designate if it is selected from the U (uncoated paper) or C (coated paper) section in the Pantone book.

Sample Orders: Blank samples charged at end column price, plus shipping charges.

Spec samples: Spec samples are $80 plus the cost of the item and applicable set up charges (samples include a one color, one location imprint).
